Yolande Le Clerc is an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), consultant, and investment banking professional with over 25 years of experience in solving strategic, financial, and operational challenges for complex consumer-facing businesses in the real estate, technology, healthcare, music, and automobile industries. 

She has worked with public and private companies, including those backed by private equity sponsors. Having held the CFO level role at private-equity portfolio companies undergoing significant change, Ms. Le Clerc possesses exceptional finance and strategic expertise to develop scalable, profitable, and efficient organizations. Having been a part of numerous fast-paced environments, she knows how to quickly and effectively implement people, processes, and technology to maximize results. 

Ms. Le Clerc graduated with an MBA from Goizueta Business at Emory University, a JD from Emory University School of Law, and a BBA from the Ross Business School at the University of Michigan.
