She has worked with public and private companies, including those backed by private equity sponsors. Having held the CFO level role at private-equity portfolio companies undergoing significant change, Ms. Le Clerc possesses exceptional finance and strategic expertise to develop scalable, profitable, and efficient organizations. Having been a part of numerous fast-paced environments, she knows how to quickly and effectively implement people, processes, and technology to maximize results.
Ms. Le Clerc graduated with an MBA from Goizueta Business at Emory University, a JD from Emory University School of Law, and a BBA from the Ross Business School at the University of Michigan.
